We will use yoga, acroyoga meditation, mantra chanting, thai massage, play and writing to guide you to get in touch with your body and emotions, reflect on them and find a state of peace.
To guide you in this purpose, we will have yoga and meditation practices, a workshop that will let you learn the fundamentals of Thai massage.
In addition to physical training, you will receive a profound revitalization by caring for and enjoying a protected natural area and sharing with a healthy community. We invite you to reflect on the sunsets.
